The North Okanagan Early Childhood Development Coalition presents “Business and Community Leaders: Does Canada Work for Families?” with Lynell Anderson, a leading authority on family policy in Canada.
Anderson, senior researcher, Human Learning Partnership, at the University of British Columbia, will speak on recent work with UBC colleague Paul Kershaw and a team of chartered accountants to estimate the costs to business of work/life conflict among employees with young children.
The event is a breakfast meeting March 8 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Best Western Vernon Lodge. There is no charge but space is limited and pre-registration is necessary. To register, contact coordinator@noecdcoalition.ca.
