Getting cheesy at Birdsong Farm

Cheesemaking classes are back at Birdsong Farm in Enderby, where participants are invited to learn to make mozzarella, feta and more

If you’re looking for something different to do this summer, Birdsong Farm is offering classes in cheese making.

Mozzarella & More takes place July 20. Participants will learn how to make an easy mozzarella, squeak cheese (aka curds and whey), and traditional ricotta. Feta & Fun takes place Aug. 17, and will teach how to make an easy feta, paneer and queso blanco.

All classes are taught at Birdsong Farm in Enderby, and are about three hours each. The cost is $50 per class.
