Learn how to trust your instinct with Philip Ponchet

The Inner Peace Movement of Canada teaches that learning to trust your intuition is key to a more fulfilling life.

Philip Ponchet stops in Vernon April 10 as part of his cross-Canada lecture tour for the Inner Peace Movement of Canada, which teaches that learning to trust your intuition is the key to a more fulfilling life.

“We need to learn to trust our own instincts and not think that everyone else has the answers for us. That way we can have more inner security and peace of mind,” said Ponchet, a national director of the Inner Peace Movement of Canada, a non-profit educational program that offers practical, down-to-earth tools and techniques to help people handle the hurdles of daily life and find a sense of purpose and fulfillment in whatever they do.

Ponchet said there is a need to explore the potential that each person has within themselves and for each person to sense what is best for them and learn to raise their own level of energy to be more positive in any situation.

“Even when it is difficult, we can find solutions,” said Ponchet, whose Vernon stop is part of a national lecture tour that has taken him from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. “Things will work out because when we are relaxed, inspirations will come to us that will help us find solutions to challenging situations. If we are relaxed, our inner guidance or guardian angels will give us ideas that will work. We are never alone. We can always tune into help that is available to us and receive valuable wisdom and guidance.”

The lecture takes place April 10 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Best Western Vernon Lodge. Admission is $16.
