Once again this year, The Record is welcoming submissions of locally decorated homes

The Mission Record wants to hear about your Christmas light displays.

Send us your address, the name of the family/individual hosting the display, and a brief description of what it includes.

Be sure to include the dates and times it will be lit, and whether any money is being collected for charity. Include a picture, if you want.

The Randall family invites the public to enjoy their 40,000-light display at “Auntie’s Workshop.” The display features more than 90 handmade wooden figures with a Precious Moments theme. The drive-thru is open from 5 to 10 p.m. daily until Jan. 1. Non-perishable food donations are collected for Union Gospel Mission.

The Gough family all work together to put on this 8,000-light display. Passersby are encouraged to drop off donations (canned food and new, unwrapped toys) for the Mission Christmas Bureau. Lights are on nightly with music from 5:30 until 10:30 p.m. The display closes down Dec. 25.
