The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) recently shifted the hours of operations at some of its Solid Waste Management facilities to winter hours, effective Oct. 1.
The changes to hours of operation will affect the following facilities:
• Heffley Creek Eco Depot (will be open Tues. – Sat., 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Logan Lake Eco Depot (will be open Tues. -Sat., 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Louis Creek Eco Depot (will be open Tues. -Sat., 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Loon Lake Transfer Station (will be open Wed. 9 a.m.- 1 p.m., and Sun. 9 a.m. -1 p.m.)
• Paul Lake Transfer Station (will be open Tues. 6 a.m.-2 p.m., and Thurs./Sat./Sun. 9 a.m. -5 p.m.)
• 70 Mile House Eco Depot (will be open Mon./Wed./Sat./Sun., 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.)
• Simpcw/Chu Chua (will be open Wed. and Sun., 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
• Sun Peaks Transfer Station **Winter hours in effect Dec. 1- Mar. 31, (will be open Mon. – Sun, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
• Upper Nicola Transfer Station (will be open Wed., Sat., Sun. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
