Mission Community Services Society and Long-term Inmates Now in the Community (LINC) are each receiving a $10,000 grant from Vancity for local projects.Mission Community Services will use the funding for Cultivating a Food Future for Mission, a plan to strengthen food security and sustainable agriculture initiatives, while LINC’s project is called Grounded in the Ground.Grants from Vancity are given out three times a year.
