Windstorm causes more than one moored boat to run into problems

Oak Bay municipal staff requested removal of a derelict boat by a salvage company this week in the waters near Oak Bay Marina.
The owner of the vessel was unknown, but staff said they had been keeping an eye on the seemingly abandoned boat for a year or so.
