He was recorded rummaging through a bait car in Langley’s Brookswood area around 2:30 a.m. on March 25.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the thin Caucasian male in his 20’s who was wearing a white toque and a grey hoodie to call Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.
