Campfire ban rescinded in the North Okanagan

Rain and cool weather has led to the province lifting the prohibition

On Monday, the provincial government lifted the campfire ban for the North Okanagan.

The campfire ban was rescinded due to recent widespread precipitation that has resulted in a decreased risk of wildfires in the region.
