Employees from Copper Mountain Mine put on a great afernoon in the town square in celebration of Mining Day.

Residents were treated to a celebration of mining in Princeton on Wednesday, May 8 in Veterans Square.

Copper Mountain Mine employees set up and manned information booths pertaining to mine operations. Live musical entertainment  was  provided by the Allenby Road Band. Children enjoyed the opportunity to do a bit of gold panning and have their faces painted by the Princeton Ambassador Candidates. A free barbecue was provided by Princeton Kal Tire.
