A development variance permit for an Eighth Avenue South property was approved during a short regular town council meeting on June 28th.
No objections were raised subsequent to a mail out to neighbouring properties or from the gallery. The property owner requested a minor variance to rear lot line setbacks to accommodate construction of a residence on the non-rectangular property.
