John Cummins, the leader of the BC Conservative Party, will be in Parksville Saturday on a whirlwind visit.
The party has seen surprising growth in popularity over the past several months, sparking some supporters to muse about the possibility of the once-tiny party becoming the official opposition, or even government.
Cummins will be on hand at the Travelodge in Parksville for an executive meeting from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the meeting will be open to the public from 2 to 4 p.m.
