The Port Alice Fish and Wildlife Association will be getting fees waived for two events they are hosting at the SeaVac Centre.
The request was approved at the April 8 meeting of Village council.
The association offered a firearms safety course on April 24-26 and a Conservation Outdoor Recreation Education (CORE) program from April 30 to May 3.
Successful completion of the firearms course allows individuals to acquire a Possession and Acquisition Licence and CORE allows people to acquire a hunting licence.
The Port Alice Fish and Wildlife Association is a not-for-profit society.
