A snowfall warning was issued for Abbotsford by Environment Canada on Sunday, with 15 to 25 cm of snow expected.
Snow turned to rain in most lower areas of the Valley by noon, and freezing rain was hitting higher elevation areas as of mid-afternoon. Temperatures are expected to rise to 3 by Monday morning, although some areas could see icy roads tonight.
Main routes are wet and clear, but some rural and residential roads can still be difficult to negotiate.
