On Feb. 9 around 1:38 p.m. an incident occurred behind the Houston Subway located on 10th Street. Houston RCMP, fire department, and ambulance arrived on site. One RCMP officer was left at the scene inspecting a white car. “There were no injuries. It is still under investigation. We are not ruling out impairment at this time,” commented Sgt.
