A City of Langford-owned “amenity strip” of property off Happy Valley Road and Braeburn Avenue has been sold to the developer of a Langford neighbourhood.
Langford council recently approved the sale of the land for $10, with the understanding that it will be incorporated into neighbouring lands known as McCormick Meadows. A non-disturbance covenant has also been registered over the area.
