Lantzville Mayor Colin Haime has joined the cyber community with the launch of a blog meant to keep residents informed on community issues.
Haime said his intention is to delve further into Lantzville issues than traditional media forms allow.
The site has a hot topics category, a question form allowing visitors to pose questions to the mayor and a subscription service that enables people to receive posts through e-mail.
Haime says the views expressed on the blog are his own and not those of council.
