The 27th annual Light a Bulb campaign is proving popular.
The fundraiser for the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation has raised $115,038, or 46 per cent of its $250,000 goal.
“We are happy to be off to a strong start due to several large donations,” said Richard Finn, campaign co-chairperson. “There is still a long way to go to reach our goal so every donation is important no matter how large or small.”
This year’s Light a Bulb supports the Building a Tower of Care campaign to furnish and equip the sixth and seventh floors of the Polson Tower.
