Mid-Island resident reported missing

Parksville police are looking for 27-year-old Lee Lamb, who was last seen Oct. 27 in Nanaimo.

PARKSVILLE — Oceanside RCMP have received a report of a missing person and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Lee Lamb, 27, was last seen while being dropped off at Nanaimo’s Port Place Mall on the morning of Oct. 27, 2011.

He has fair hair, a medium build, is 5’9″, 150 lbs, and was wearing a grey, winter-style checkered jacket, grey ball cap, blue jeans, and may possess a backpack. He has numerous tattoos, including a gecko, sword, peace sign, dragon and has a ear ring in his left ear.

Police report that friends of Mr. Lamb are concerned for his safety.

Anyone with information in regard to his location is requested to contact the Oceanside (250-248-6111) or Nanaimo (250-754-2345) RCMP or Crime Stoppers (248-TIPS — 248-8477) as soon as possible. Foul play is not suspected.
