The Terrace RCMP responded to approximately 28 calls for service from January 8th, 8AM till January 9th, 8 AM. During the same time period there have been three people lodged in Terrace Cells, none for public intoxication.
Downtown Terrace
Break and enter to a business shed on Lazelle Ave
Group of people drinking liquor in front of the Spirit Night Club door. They dispersed prior to police attendance.
A grey vehicle failed to stop for a person in the crosswalk at Kalum St and Lazelle Ave. Police spoke with the people involved.
Person sleeping in the TD Canada Trust ATM lobby. The person left prior to police attendance.
Driver passed out behind the wheel of a gold sedan on Lakelse Ave in front of the Bank of Montreal.
Elsewhere Terrace
Uttering threats investigation. Police spoke with the people involved. Ongoing investigation.
A person checking out vehicles on Cramer. This information was provided well after the fact.
A group of intoxicated people at a residence. Investigation determined that a theft had occurred. Under investigation.
False 911 call on Graham Ave.
Intoxicated persons in a maroon Oldsmobile on Tetrault St. Police located the vehicle at Krumm Rd and Hwy 37. The driver was sober.
Domestic dispute.
A black and purple Ground Disturbance bike with a rusted chain was stolen from a garage on Kenney St.
Domestic dispute. Police spoke with the people involved. An offence was committed. A woman and her children went to another location for the night.
Intoxicated man causing problems at the Damp Shelter on Sparks St. He left prior to police attendance. Police located the man on the Sande Overpass and arrested him for public intoxication and breach of probation by consuming alcohol. He is held for court.

Erratic driver in white 2013 Dodge Journey on Queensway Dr. Checks were done.
Rural
Sexual interference investigation.
Brown leather wallet containing various cards and ID was lost somewhere between the Esso on Keith and the Copperside on Hwy 16 West.
A driver’s licence was lost at a New Year’s Eve Dance.
Threatening email received. Advice was given on the matter.
A white 2008 Toyota Tundra stuck a cow moose near the Mount Layton Hotsprings on Hwy 37. The moose died. The Toyota sustained a lot of damage. No injuries.
Intoxicated man refusing to leave a residence on Marten Dr. Police arrested the man for breaching a no consume alcohol condition.
Abandoned green 1993 Toyota Tercel on Hwy 16 west of Amesbury Creek. Police spoke with the registered owner.
Shots heard in the Gossen Creek gravel pit. Checks were done of the area.
