The 100 Mile Festival of the Arts will be sponsoring Music Performance Workshops with acclaimed Singer/Clinician Tracy Fehr, on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at the Martin Exeter Hall.
The purpose of the workshops will be to help students (of all ages and stages – young, older or somewhere in-between!) to experience music coming alive, all the while learning Stage Deportment and Etiquette Skills.
The Workshops will provide both Instruction and Performance; therefore they will benefit singers, pianists, violinists, and other instrumentalists as well as speech and dramatic artists. We are encouraging anyone (from soloists to ensemble players to choir/orchestra members) who fits these broad performance categories to come along, bring a piece or two that you are working on and broaden your on-stage experience.
There will be two workshop divisions: Junior workshop from 9:30 a.m. – noon, and an Intermediate/Senior workshop from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. The cost for each of these workshops is $20. There is also a family rate of $30 and a full-day audit fee for observers of $25.
