Armstrong’s arena has been targeted by thieves.

On Tuesday, someone broke into the Nor-Val Sports Centre on Park Drive.

“Several cans of fuel were taken as well as a red coloured welder with Armstrong Spallumcheen Sports and Rec stencilled on it,” said Corp. Todd Bowden, with the RCMP.

This is the second time the arena storage compound has been broken into in a month.

“Police are asking for the public’s assistance with any information regarding these incidents,” said Bowden.
