A female pedestrian in her 30s was taken to hospital with lower leg injuries after being struck by a car Thursday night in Abbotsford.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called just after 5 p.m. to the main South Fraser Way entrance to Sevenoaks Shopping Centre just west of Bourquin Crescent West.
The driver left the scene, and police believe the person would have known that he or she had hit the woman.
Police are continuing to investigate.
