RCMP members of the Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment braved the cold on Saturday, Dec. 7, by volunteering their time to support Community Food Banks resulting in donations totaling more than 23,000 dollars.

Thanks to volunteers, local businesses and the community, it was by far one of the best years for the food drive with a total of 18,413 pounds of food ($18,413 in value) and $4,771 in cash donations.

“This was a great event that saw the community come together to help those in need. I would like to thank those individuals who helped make this year’s Stuff the Cruiser event one of the best years yet,” said Corporal Harinder Kheleh.
