RCMP Report: ATV collision in Little Fort

11-year-old had been driving an ATV with two other minors without helmets, the youngest airlifted to hospital

Clearwater RMCP reported May 28, that BC Ambulance requested the assistance of police to set up a landing zone for the air ambulance following an ATV collision.

The collision took place on private property in Little Fort.

An 11-year-old had been driving an ATV with two other minors without helmets. There was a problem with the throttle and the ATV went down a small bank, hitting a fence and throwing the children off the ATV.

The youngest was air-lifted to Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops for a head injury.
