City of Vernon crews will start Silver Star Road resurfacing beginning the week of Aug. 4.
Minor road base repairs will be completed during the month of August and resurfacing will be scheduled for the beginning of September.
The project extends from north of L&A Road to Blackcomb Road.
During the construction process, traffic will be controlled by traffic control personnel.
Motorists should expect minor delays and are reminded to obey all traffic control signs.
