One motorist failed to keep their car on Broadwater Road early Sunday, Dec. 1 as a slushy, snowy mix made travel treacherous.
Traffic was halted in both directions near Rilkoff Road as emergency personnel worked to free the female (lone) occupant of the car.
An early report at the scene indicated the motorist “appeared to be okay.”
The jaws of life were employed to free the occupant from the car.
