BC Hydro is investigating the cause of a power outage in South Surrey affecting 2,295 customers Wednesday afternoon.
Power went out for blocks on either side of 152 Street from 32 Avenue to Highway 10 at 3:25 p.m.
The BC Hydro website had stated crews were expected to arrive on the scene at 4:30 p.m., however customers reported power returning at 4:20 p.m.
The cause was said to be trees across wires.
