Greater Victoria residents are in for some warm weather for the Canada Day long weekend and beyond.
The clouds that have been hanging around for a while are forecast to dissipate Saturday evening, just in time for all the long weekend activities on the Inner Harbour and around the region.
Temperatures are expected to reach 25 C tomorrow, 24 C on Sunday then hit a high of 28 C on Canada Day Monday and Tuesday.
The long range forecast calls for continued sunny skies through the rest of next week, as summer kicks into high gear.
The warmest day recorded last July was 25.3 C.
