Support is growing for the Light A Bulb campaign.
The Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation has reached $208,505 of its $250,000 goal.
“It’s only because of our generous and caring community that we have raised these funds in such a short time,” said Kevin Arbuckle, campaign chairperson.
“We still have nearly $42,000. I am confident we can do it.”
Funds will purchase high definition camera heads and the control system. The new equipment will enable VJH surgeons to perform keyhole surgeries on patients requiring general surgery, orthopedics, ENT and gynecology.
