Trans-Canada Highway crash claims Enderby woman

An Enderby woman died in a two-vehicle accident on the Trans-Canada Highway near Chase Monday

An Enderby woman died in a two-vehicle accident on the Trans-Canada Highway near Chase Monday.

Police say a Ford F250 pickup was involved in a t-bone collision with a Kia Rio sedan shortly before noon Monday.

The driver of the Kia, a 25-year old Enderby woman, died at the scene after her eastbound car spun into the oncoming lane of traffic.

The two people in the truck suffered minor injuries. RCMP continue to investigate, looking at road conditions as well as the mechanical condition of the vehicles and their tires.
