The Salmon arm RCMP responded to a report of a roll over motor vehicle crash on Foothills Drive at 30th Street SW in Salmon Arm, on Dec. 13, at approximately 3:50 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle was identified while walking a short distance away.
While unhurt the driver was determined to be impaired and a criminal-impaired-driving investigation began by the officers at the scene.
The driver, a 46 -year-old male resident of Salmon Arm, will be required to attend court to answer to criminal impaired driving charges in the new year.
