Watch for Day in the Life of Parksville photographers this Thursday

The special section will be in The NEWS on Sept. 13

On Thursday, Aug. 11, the City of Parksville and surrounding areas (Coombs, Hilliers, Errington, French Creek and Nanoose Bay) will be photographed as part of the popular “A Day in the Life of” series, which started as a nationwide project in 1984.

Since that time, hundreds of communities across Canada have been profiled using this popular photo essay format.

The Parksville Qualicum Beach News will be publishing “A Day in the Life of Parksville” as a special feature on Tuesday, Sept. 13.

This pull-out section is sponsored by the Parksville and District Chamber of Commerce and contains selected images from the photographers who took part in documenting the day.

The photographers this year are: Lissa Alexander, Brian Argyle, Lauren Collins, Randy Hall, J.R. Rardon and Jeff Westnedge.
