Residents in a BX neighbourhood are without water today (Wednesday).
Due to necessary pump station upgrades, six properties along Rugg Road will be without water from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The addresses are 6926, 6929, 6937, 6944, 6945 and 695q.
“While every effort will be made to complete the project by 4 p.m., it may be necessary to have the water off longer,” states a release from the City of Vernon operations yard.
