At approximately 4:20 pm on Friday July 29 Sidney North Saanich RCMP responded to a crash at West Saanich Road and Tatlow Road in North Saanich.

A car travelling north bound on West Saanich Road was hit by a pickup truck that was east bound on Tatlow Road. The 75-year-old woman from North Saanich that was driving the white car was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries.

The 34-year-old man from Victoria driving the pickup was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Sidney North Saanich RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance from an RCMP Collision Analyst.
