The driver of a pick-up truck that crashed into a Vernon apartment building Sunday night has some explaining to do.
Not only to the RCMP, but to her parents.
The driver, a 15-year-old female, lost control of her parents’ truck in the 3000 block of 37th Street and ran into an apartment building just before 8 p.m.
She was seen fleeing on foot and was apprehended a short distance away by a Vernon RCMP officer.
Liquor is believed to be involved in this accident.
The file is still being investigated by Vernon RCMP.
