Many of the races at the 2012 Shuswap Dragon Boat Festival held June 23 on Shuswap Lake at Marine Park ended in nose-to-nose finishes. In the Women’s Dragon Boat event, Salmon Arm’s Friends Abreast team was second and the Pink Piston Paddlers, eighth. In Mixed, Salmon Arm’s Dr’agonize was fourth and Dragon Tao, eighth. In the Masters, Zoned Out was first.
