Abbotsford’s Adam Hadwin joined an elite group of golfers Saturday by shooting a rare round of 59 on the PGA Tour’s CareerBuilder event in La Quinta, Calif.

The round saw Hadwin make 13 birdies. He parred the final hole after leaving his approach short of the green.
Hadwin leads the event through three rounds.
