The Oak Bay Barbers defeated the Pacific Christian Pacers in the Judy Bourne Memorial Cup on Tuesday, winning the boys city volleyball championship 25-20, 25-12, 25-18.
Girls and boys Island championships are this weekend and St. Michaels University hosts the girls AA.
The Oak Bay, Reynolds, Belmont, Claremont and Spectrum/Stelly’s advance to the boys AAA Islands at Vanier secondary in Courtenay. PCS, Lambrick and Parkland advance to the A Islands at Highland secondary in Comox.
