The Langley Thunder senior A lacrosse team will be auctioning off special game-worn jerseys to raise funds for the Tessa Beauchamp Foundation.
Online bids are being accepted until 11 p.m. on July 8. The bids will re-open as a live auction at the Thunder’s game on July 9 against the Maple Ridge Burrards at the Langley Events Centre.
The jerseys are black with pink lettering and there are 23 up for bidding.
Beauchamp, a basketball standout at Surrey’s Holy Cross, was an incoming basketball recruit for Trinity Western’s women’s basketball team before succumbing to cancer.

The foundation was established as a way to give back to others, just as Beauchamp gave the gifts of friendship and love.
