The Alberni Valley Bulldogs gave a tough effort at Wednesday night’s game against the Nanaimo Clippers but lost in the end with a final score of 3-1.
Wednesday night marked Game 4 of the first-round of the BCHL playoffs, leaving the standings at one win for the Bulldogs and three for the Clippers.
Number 15, Adam Donnelly scored the only goal for the Dogs with an assist from Troy Dobbs in the second period.
The Bulldogs face the Clippers in Game 5 on Friday, March 11th in Nanaimo at the Frank Crane Arena. Puck drops at 7 p.m.
