The Brookswood Bobcats senior girls basketball team averaged 90 points per game in winning all four contests to capture the Centennial Centaurs Top 10 Shootout title over the weekend.

The Brookswood Bobcats senior girls basketball team averaged 90 points per game in winning all four contests to capture the Centennial Centaurs Top 10 Shootout title over the weekend.

Led by the dynamic duo of Aislinn Konig and Louise Forsyth, the Brookswood Bobcats took top spot at the Centennial Centaurs Top 10 Shootout over the weekend.

The senior girls basketball team averaged 90 points per game with Konig averaging 40.5 points per game while Forsyth had 25.25 per game.

Konig was named most valuable player while Forsyth was a first team all-star.

Brookswood hit the century mark in their final two games, crushing Seycove 104-41 in the finals and Kelowna 100-58 in the semifinals.

They also beat Sir Winston Churchill 81-63 and Duchess Park 75-59 in their first two games. Against Duchess Park, the ’Cats were down eight at the half before rallying for the victory.
