Crusaders, Falcons to meet in Snowball title game

The Falcons, No. 7 in the B.C. AAAA rankings, beat the No. 10 Yale Lions 88-69 in the semifinals at the Abby Senior-hosted tourney behind 22 points from player of the game Cam Servatius.

In the late semi, the Etobicoke, Ont.-based Crusaders – No. 2 in the new North Pole Hoops Canadian high school basketball rankings – crushed the Burnaby South Rebels 105-47. Marcus Bonnick poured in 26 points en route to player of the game honours.

The two teams meet in the title game at 8 p.m. on Saturday, while Yale and Burnaby South clash in the bronze medal game at 6 p.m.
