The Summerland Curling Club’s Ladies Spiel was held on the weekend of Jan. 28 and 29.
Of the 12 teams competing, one was from Penticton, four were from Oliver, including one junior team and seven were from Summerland.
Diane Krancenblum was the event organizer.
A event winners: From Summerland skip Jackie Clement, third Warrene Helgerson, second Debbie Bevan, lead Daneille Riley. Runners-up from Oliver skip Lil Blashko, third Jan Dewar, second Sylvia Lowe, lead Darcel Giesbrecht.
B event winners: From Oliver skip Diane Tetreault, third Pat Batchelor, second Marilyn Resler, lead Colleen McComb. Runners-up from Summerland skip Nancy Mullin third Sue Woods, second Linda Hoshizaki, lead Karen Fitzgerald.
C event winners: From Summerland skip Diane Krancenblum, third Janine Jell, second Tammy Brennan, lead Diana Leitch. Runners-up from Summerland skip Barb Ezart, third Kat Lefebvre, second Kathy Larkin, lead McKenna Dolores.
The Summerland Men’s Bonspiel will be held Feb. 3 to 5.
