A former member of the Brookswood Bobcats has earned weekly honours.
Christina Brown was named the Kwantlen Polytechnic University female athlete of the week.
The third-year member of the women’s basketball team, Brown made a trio of key three-point shots in the Eagles 44-39 victory over the Langara College Falcons on Saturday night in Vancouver.
The veteran guard finished with 13 points and four rebounds.
