The Abbotsford Falcons combined to go a perfect 4-0 in community football action last weekend.
The Falcons atom squad thumped North Langley 28-6, highlighted by a 60-yard touchdown from Joshua Schick-Bergmann and a strong defensive performance led by Noah Lochbaum and Tyson Kelly.
The Abby peewees trailed Meadow Ridge Gold 7-6 at halftime, but rallied for a 21-7 win. Jalem Catlin notched a pair of TDs, while Noah Nairn rounded out the scoring with a major in the final minute.
Both junior bantam squads were victorious – Team Black squad beat the Mission 9’ers 47-14, while Team White edged Meadow Ridge 22-19 behind a trio of TDs by Dion Kelly and a touchdown-saving tackle on the five yard line by Ebiye Okoko.
