The junior B hockey club knocked off the Abbtotsford Pilots 4-1 on Dec. 5 and sit just two points back off the Langley Knights for top spot in the PJHL’s Harold Brittain Conference.
Aldergrove is 11-8-2-4 for 28 points as they prepare to host the Knights on Dec. 10 at Aldergrove Arena.
Against Abbotsford, Aaron Markin had a goal and two assists, with Cameron Davitt and Spencer McHaffie notching the other goals. Tyler Fraser was the lone Pilot to beat Ben Giesbrecht, who stopped 26 of 27 shots.
