The Langley Jr. Thunder’s big three came through on Tuesday night.
James Rahe, Brett Dobray and Brandon Bull combined for eight goals 17 points as the junior A lacrosse team won for the third straight game, 14-10 over the visiting Burnaby Jr. Lakers at the Langley Events Centre.
The win improves Langley to 4-4 in the B.C. Junior A Lacrosse League standings.
The Thunder actually trailed 4-3 after one period and fell behind by a pair of goals in the second before erupting for 11 of the final 16 goals.
Rahe led the charge with four goals and an assist while Dobray had three goals and four points for a seven-point night.
Bull played set-up man for most of the game, finishing with a goal and four helpers.
Also hitting the scoresheet were William Vanden Hooven (one goal, two assists), Nick Stone (two goals, one assist), Matt Messenger (one goal, one assist) and Adam Will and Nathan Henare with a goal apiece.
Next up for the Thunder is a pair of games this weekend, Saturday (June 2) against Nanaimo and Sunday in Burnaby.
