Langley Christian erases half-time deficit to defeat Credo Christian

Three unanswered second-half goals sent the Langley Christian Lightning to a 3-1 victory and a spot in the Fraser Valley championship game.

The Lightning found themselves trailing 1-0 to the Credo Christian Kodiaks in the senior girls Single A Fraser Valley semifinals last week (May 8) at Langley Christian School.

But the home side erupted for three goals to advance to the Fraser Valley final, where they will be at the Southridge Storm in Surrey.

Credo Christian will host Southpointe Academy in the bronze-medal game.
