The Langley Olympians were all over the map, winning medals at a trio of meets in Oregon, Richmond and Chilliwack.
Leading the charge in Oregon at the Thunderbolt Junior International Meet — up against swimmers from around B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Oregon and Germany — was Hillary Metcalfe, who won bronze in four events (200 breast, 100 IM, 50 breast and 100 breast) and is now ranked in the top 16 nationally based on her results.
Also attending the meet were Chelsea Borrowdale, Renae Ledoux and Justin Schramm.
Eighteen members of the Olympians were in Richmond for the FastSwim meet hosted by the Richmond Rapids Swim Club.
The Langley swimmers combined to capture 22 gold, eight silver and eight bronze medals.
Hugh McNeill led the charge with seven gold medals, taking top spot in the 200 IM, 100 back, 200 fre, 400 IM, 200 back, 50 back and 400 free events. He also won silver in the 100 free and 100 fly events.
Bailey Herbert won three gold medals (200 breast, 50 breast and 100 breast) and a bronze (200 IM), plus she achieved her Western Canadian qualifying time in one of the events.
And Joshua Kim won two gold (50 breast, 50 free) and two silver (200 free, 200 breast) medals. He also set three new club records.
Other medal winners were:
Reagen Bedard won gold in the 50, 100 and 200 breast events, silver in the 100 free and bronze in the 50 and 400 free.
Andrea Pierangeli won gold in the 200 free, 50 fly, 100 free, 50 back and 50 free, as well as silver in the 400 free.
Dylan Thomas won a pair of silver medals in the 50 breast and 200 breast and two more bronze in the 200 and 400 IM.
Reese Blunden was second in the 800 free.
And Josie Field (400 free), Mia Goretic (100 back) and David Pinsky (50 free) won a bronze apiece.
And finally, 13 swim club members were at the Spartan Santa Lower Mainland regional meet hosted by the Chilliwack Spartans.
At that meet, the swimmers combined to win four gold, five silver and three bronze.
John Park led the way with three gold and a silver medal.

Brayden Herbert gold in the 100 breast and silver in the 200 breast; Tianyu Ma second in the 50 free; Erin Moloney bronze in the 200 IM; Milana Solar bronze in the 100 back; Luke Stewart-Beinder silver in the 50 free and bronze in the 100 back; and Brooklyn Swaan silver in the 200 breast.
